Where can I find current online advertising rates for businesses?

Hi, I’m building a website and I am planning to charge advertisers for my revenue. The advertiser’s name/logo will be on the first page (it’ll be a list of advertisers) and the second page will be a link to their own information for a specific purpose (sorry, can’t disclose). I need help on finding out where can I find current online advertising rates for businesses (2 page ads?), so I know how much to charge and see comparable rates on other websites.
